1. What file hosts can I download from through this service?

Answer: Rapidshare, Wupload, Hotfile, Crocko, Uploadstation, Uploaded.to, YouTube, Netload.in, 2Shared, Mediafire + more soon.

2. How exactly does the download process work?

Answer: You simply copy the url of the file, whether it be a Rapidshare or another service, to the download area and click the "Download" button. Our system will download the file to the server and give you a link to download from us!

3. How long will the files be available on the server?

Answer: Our system is set to delete files after 48 hours, this is to prevent overloading the storage on our server. You will need to download your files within this time frame, if you don't the file will be deleted and you will need to leech it again from the original link.

4. Can I Resume my files and use my favorite Download Manager with LeechKing?

Answer: Yes. All links generated on LeechKing can be Paused and Resumed for a period of 48 hours. All Download Managers are supported, such as IDM, FlashGet, GetRight,Orbit Downloader...

5.If I buy an account, is it instant access?

Answer: Yes. When you purchase an account from LeechKing you will be credited instant with Premium status.

6. Some hosts have usage limits. Can I use more?

Answer: All hosts are unlimited.

7. Is this service legal?

Answer: Our service is legal, we do not store files that you download and we do not display links to illegal files. However, we and our host could not be held responsible if you download this type of content through our services.

8. Why I need to pay for your services?

Answer: Our service is not free because it costs us a lot of money. Quality is our priority, we must ensure a maximum download speed even during peak hours through our various servers to satisfy everyone. Hoster's Premium accounts, especially Rapidshare, can not be paid with advertising.

9. Will I have to enter captchas, deal with tickets/passports, or wait for timers?

Answer: Absolutely never will you have to do this. Our system bypasses all pre-downloading annoyances. If you see this, it is because there is an error and it should be reported immediately.

10. If I purchase a LeechKing account, will I be automatically re-billed after it expires?

Answer: No, absolutely not. Unlike some of our competitors, we don't play games by having auto-renewal, nor do we ever charge your PayPal account without you signing up and clicking "pay now" yourself (or if you send payment manually from within your account).

11. What is the price, and do you have refunds?

Answer: Price for 30-Days Premium Package is 6.99USD and our recommended Package 180 Days for only 33.95USD. All payments are done via PayPal and AlertPay, after you register for free. No we don't issue refunds.

12. Do you offer free trials?

Answer: Yes, we have something called DEMO users, as DEMO(free) user you can download 2 files from selected filehosts(RS,WU,HF) and file size is limited to 500MB and storage space is limited to 500MB(Premium user have unlimited storage). We obviously cannot offer free unlimited trial accounts and maintain the level of service our paying customers expect.
